Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FitSnacks for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

Modify, copy, or reverse-engineer the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
Attempt to disable, bypass, or circumvent any security features
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

You acknowledge that:

You assume full responsibility for your physical fitness and health
Improper exercise can result in injury
You should stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort
The App's recommendations are general and may not suit your specific condition
We are not healthcare providers and do not provide medical advice

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by FitSnacks and protected by law.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITSNACKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.
